Starting on July 9, Current AI is launching a year-long sprint to build a full-stack, open source alternative to Claude and ChatGPT. Our thesis: open source AI doesn't need a new model lab or new tech. It needs a coordinated suite of products assembled from the best open source projects already out there, hardened to consumer- and enterprise-grade, and put in the hands of users.
