A cleaner retrieval index means fewer wrong answers

Cleaned up a large share of the retrieval index and improved agent completion on long tasks.

Over these two and a half weeks, Alpha's retrieval and agent execution both got more reliable. A large share of the retrieval index turned out to be bare project-name lists with no facts attached, and removing it cut down on confidently wrong answers.

Fixes & Minor Updates

Alpha no longer claims to have executed something it hasn't.
Fixed sign-in issues and restored data export and sharing controls that had been switched off.
Refined the X-Ray panel's visuals based on feedback.
