A new starting point for the Gap Map

The Gap Map now opens with a context-first landing page that explains what the map covers and helps visitors find their way into the visualization.

Updated navigation so the map has its own destination.
Landing-page headline figures now reflect the current dataset.
Improved the introductory cards and corrected supporting copy and accessibility text.
