Alpha is more honest about its own limits

A security gap in the agent sandbox is closed, and we've verified that one session can't read another's data. A data-deletion job that had silently never run is now running, and a startup check keeps it from going quiet again.

Fixes & Minor Updates

• Tightened fallback behavior after an outage on Apertus's endpoints led Alpha to serve GLM for thirteen days. The fallback was labeled the whole time.
• Automatic alerts now catch an empty or unsourced answer instead of it going unnoticed.
