Your conversations are saved between visits.
Alpha now supports account creation. This means your conversations are saved to your account between visits. You can create an account with your existing Google, GitHub or Hugging Face account, or use your email or a passkey. If you'd already been chatting without an account, those conversations move into the account when you sign in.
One thing worth knowing before you pick. Each sign-in method creates its own account, even when two of them carry the same email address. Sign in with GitHub today and Google tomorrow and you'll have two accounts rather than one. Once you're signed in, you can link the others to your account from settings.
Don't want an account? Alpha still works without one. Conversations you haven't opened in 30 days get deleted automatically, and you'll get a heads-up before it happens. Anyone, signed in or not, can delete everything on demand.
