Dedicated pages for every Gap Map product

Every product and organization now has its own permanent page, showing category, scores, and context, citable with a stable link: 472 product pages and 257 organization pages in total.

Fixes & Minor Updates

• Added a toggle to show immature products in the visualization.
• Added a clearer empty state for categories with no mature products yet.
• Improved the map's layout and the intro panel's typography and content hierarchy.
• Fixed scrolling, the mobile navigation menu, dataset filters, and several smaller display issues.
• Synced the AI Potluck instance of the Gap Map with the latest version.
