Dedicated pages for every Gap Map product

Every product and organization now has its own permanent page, showing category, scores, and context, citable with a stable link: 472 product pages and 257 organization pages in total.

Fixes & Minor Updates

Added a toggle to show immature products in the visualization.
Added a clearer empty state for categories with no mature products yet.
Improved the map's layout and the intro panel's typography and content hierarchy.
Fixed scrolling, the mobile navigation menu, dataset filters, and several smaller display issues.
Synced the AI Potluck instance of the Gap Map with the latest version.
