The Gap Map now finds products instead of waiting for them

Every product on the map used to be added by hand. A sweep now reads through the repositories we track and surfaces candidates for a category. The first run read 1,905 agent tooling repositories and surfaced 36 candidates for review. Five made it onto the map, taking agent tools and protocols from 29 products to 34.
