When a backup model answers, Alpha says so

Fixed a turn-sync bug, improved how sources are weighed, and labeled backup-model answers as backup.

The first two weeks after launch were about tightening the everyday experience of using Alpha. A response no longer bleeds into the wrong turn or falls out of sync after a reload. The message box is ready for your next question the moment an answer finishes. And when a backup system has to step in for the primary model, Alpha now reports it.

Fixes & Minor Updates

Improved how Alpha weighs its sources: a single ambiguous source can no longer outweigh several sources that agree with each other.
Fixed the agent integration so the model that actually answered stays correctly labeled even after a reload.
