Fully MIT, no feature-gated core. Despite the "Pro" in the product name there is no paid edition - the whole server, index tuning and health checks included, ships in the tree and runs from PyPI or the crystaldba/postgres-mcp Docker image with only a DATABASE_URI, and there is no license key, second license or enterprise directory.
