LlamaIndex's core is MIT-licensed, and its full repository tree carries no separately licensed enterprise, ee or commercial directory. LlamaParse, the vendor's paid document-processing service, is priced and sold separately, listed apart from LlamaIndex on the vendor's own site under "Open Source," and nothing in the published library is withheld to make room for it.
