  The platform menu lists Arize AX, Alyx and adb beside "Phoenix Open Source" as separate entries, AX being the managed platform and Phoenix the open-source one. Alyx is described as "Your AI engineering agent ... Like Cursor or Claude Code, but for AI engineering", and adb as the GenAI datastore. Nothing on the page publishes source for AX or offers a self-hosted AX build - the only self-host route named anywhere on the site is Phoenix's.

Arize discloses roughly 1 trillion spans and 1 billion evaluations a month, both figures on its homepage, alongside named enterprise customers. There is no per-account user count, so the level rests on disclosed traction rather than a measured user base.
