What can be confirmed from published pages is the frontier model family (gpt-5.6-sol, described as the frontier model for complex professional work, alongside gpt-5.6-terra and gpt-5.6-luna), custom GPTs with attached document knowledge and third-party actions, OpenAI-maintained connectors described as the ones available in ChatGPT, and image generation, Advanced Voice Mode and photo upload from OpenAI's own App Store listing. Three things are deliberately not claimed here: memory, Team and Enterprise multi-user, and code interpreter and web search as ChatGPT features. The last two are documented only as model tools in the API documentation, which never mentions ChatGPT, and the only reachable plan list shows consumer tiers only (Go, Plus, Pro). openai.com and chatgpt.com return HTTP 403 to automated fetches, so the consumer marketing pages cannot be read at all - a host declining rather than an absence.
