Third-party estimates put consumer monthly actives at around 18.9M worldwide, roughly 7.38M of them on mobile, which clears the >10M threshold and lands at level 5 on the active-user scale. Level 5 here does not claim parity with ChatGPT or the Gemini app, which are two orders of magnitude larger; it says all three are mass-market, which is what the top band means. A reading of the trajectory as rising toward roughly 30M is not corroborated - the aggregator reads monthly actives as having largely plateaued - but the band holds either way, since 18.9M clears the floor by nearly twofold and the alternative reading is lower rather than higher.
