Prophet
MetaTime-series forecasting procedure from Meta's Core Data Science team that fits an additive model of non-linear trend, yearly, weekly and daily seasonality and holiday effects, in R and Python over a shared Stan core. It produces automated forecasts with uncertainty intervals that analysts can tune by hand. Since v1.4.0 it is in maintenance mode, taking bug fixes but no new features.

MIT, and the R and Python packages build from the public repository. Meta released it from its Core Data Science team, and neither the README nor the project site mentions a paid tier, hosted service or commercial license; nothing states this outright, so the reading is that no commercial offering exists to hold anything back for.

Capability
2 high confidenceProphet is one well-engineered forecasting model, automated enough that an analyst can get a usable forecast in a few lines. It offers no other model to compare it with, which is what a time-series toolkit such as sktime adds, and it is now in maintenance mode.
