Raspberry Pi AI HAT+
Raspberry PiAn AI accelerator HAT+ add-on board for the Raspberry Pi 5 that integrates a Hailo neural-network accelerator: the 13 TOPS Hailo-8L or the 26 TOPS Hailo-8 variant. It conforms to the Raspberry Pi HAT+ specification, connects over PCIe, and integrates with the Pi camera stack for tasks like object detection and segmentation. Made by Raspberry Pi (silicon by Hailo); it is the official first-party way to add meaningful NPU compute to a Pi 5.
Verified live 2026-06-22 via primary sources. Officially supported open Pi software stack and public product page, globally purchasable, but the underlying Hailo model-compiler toolchain is registration-gated.
